Description
This project was created for Gemastik 14 in 2021. My team and I developed KODOS to help high school operators manage student data more easily.
From a simple survey, 82.6% experienced issues with repetitive document submissions — documents could be lost or misplaced, forcing students to resubmit the same files. In the conventional method, the high school operator would scan documents manually and then organize them one by one.
With KODOS, operators no longer need to request, scan, and organize documents repeatedly. Once a submission is made, the document can be accessed anytime. Likewise, students no longer need to submit the same document multiple times.
